Nintex Workflow - Email bildirimlerindeki mesaj içeriğinde ? - soru işareti görünme sorunu

Email bildirimi yapıldığında gelen email içeriğinde soru işareti görünme problemi yaşadık: özellikle tablo yerleşimi yapıldığında bu soru işaretleri görünüyor, tablo eklemezsek olmuyor.

Test ortamında doğru çalışan ve tablo eklenmiş mail içeriğinde şu şekilde tag buluyor:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

Prod. ortamında sorunlu çalışan ve tablo eklenmiş mail içeriğinde de şu tag buluyor; gerçi tablo eklenmeyen mail içeriğinde de bu tag buluyor fakat düzgün gösteriyor:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-9">

Forumda çözüm olarak bulduğuma göre nintex email gönderme encoding ayarlarını utf-8 olarak set edince sorun gidiyormuş:
İlgili ayarın yapılması için şu adımlar yapılıyor:

Please navigate to SharePoint Central Administration > Application Management and under Nintex Workflow Management, click 'Global settings'.

In the Email Settings > Character Set section, see if an option has been set. If the drop-down shows "not specified", we recommend you select the option “65001 (Unicode UTF-8)”. If you want the option to take effect immediately, you will need to reset IIS on all the farm servers. Otherwise it will take approximately 15 minutes to take effect.

We are investigating this now as being a side-effect of that upgrade.
