Kod ile Sharepoint listesine yeni kayıt ekleme esnasında bu hatayı aldım:

The security validation for this page is invalid. Click Back in your Web browser, refresh the page, and try your operation again.

Çözümü:

Listede update yapmadan önce Web.AllowUnsafeUpdates = true; komutunu çalıştırmak gerekmektedir.
